This site collects as little as it can. Here's all of it.
What we collect
Your email address, if you sign up. When you ask for the migration cheatsheet you give us an email address and tick a consent box. We use the address to send the cheatsheet and, from time to time, an email when a new course or a specification change is worth knowing about. That's the legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw whenever you like.
Nothing else about you. The site sets no cookies, has no advertising trackers and no third-party fonts or scripts, except Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, page requested) for security and keeps them only briefly.
Who handles it
Email addresses are stored by Kit, which sends our emails on our behalf and may store data outside your country, under its own data-protection terms. The site is served through Cloudflare. We don't sell or share your address with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe we keep only what's needed to make sure we don't email you again.
Your rights
Under the Brazilian LGPD, the EU and UK GDPR and similar laws, you can ask us to confirm whether we hold your data, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we'll answer within 15 days. You can also complain to your data-protection authority; in Brazil that's the ANPD.
Courses
Courses are sold and delivered by third-party platforms such as Udemy. When you buy or take a course there, that platform's privacy policy applies to what it collects.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, if you're subscribed, tell you by email.
